We’re proud to share that TXO’s hub in Sweden is now open for business

At TXO, we really know a thing or two about going global. In the last 4 years, we have expanded our footprint in 4 countries and we’re getting bigger all the time. In response to strong growth and customer demand, we’re excited to announce the opening of our operational facility in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This will function as a hub for our growing customer base throughout the Nordic region.

This latest expansion follows us doubling the size of our warehouse in France during 2021, and brings the number of TXO offices around the world up to eight, including our headquarters in the UK, and hubs in Australia, Brazil, France, and the USA.

Why this is great news for you

Having a hub in Sweden is fantastic news not just for those in the EU, but for our clients all over the world, encouraging and supporting international trade. Extending our global operations also means that we can take on additional large-scale asset recovery projects, ultimately serving up more of the sustainable telecom equipment you love us for. So even if you’re not based in Sweden or the Nordics, our new hub continues to benefit you & the circular economy.

Why Sweden?

TXO has always felt at home in Sweden. It was one of the first places outside of the UK where we started recovering surplus networking assets, and since we started back in 2005 we’ve been lucky enough to work with many of the region’s leading telcos. The Nordics market has grown rapidly in the last couple of years. Especially in terms of asset reuse, resulting in wonderful partnerships and access to high-quality networking hardware.

“The potential for the green market is enormous,” said Per Nilsson, who leads TXO Sweden. “Now is the time for us to get even closer to our growing customer base throughout the Nordics as demand for sustainable telecom network solutions continues to grow. Our aim is to strengthen our global presence and local support, with an emphasis on flexibility and quick responsiveness to our customers’ requirements.”

Another big reason for us to open a facility in Sweden is to reduce our operational emissions. With sustainability in our company’s DNA, we’re always looking for ways to do better and be better when it comes to supporting the environment. So by having a hub that is closer to our Nordic customers we intend to slice the carbon emissions we emit when delivering our products and services.

Why us?

We’re proud to be the world’s leading provider of critical telecom network hardware and asset management services. With close to 1 million parts, our huge stock of multi-vendor networking equipment sets us apart from the rest. Additionally, we design solutions specifically tailored to each business and help with the maintenance and progression of telecom networks globally. Serving 150+ countries, and looking after most of the world’s top 100 telecom companies.

Per added, “It’s very exciting to be a part of the circular economy wave of change. With this new facility, TXO is securing its place at the forefront of telecoms sustainability and helping cut carbon footprint for our friends and partners throughout the Nordics. This new hub office supports the continued evolution of the industry and ensures TXO continues to provide the high-quality services it is renowned for to all clients.”
