Global reach, local expertise – trade your networking equipment with confidence

Here at TXO, earning our customers’ trust and loyalty has been an integral part of our business from the outset. Backed up with our expert market knowledge and an extensive set of product and service offerings, we’ve built a solid reputation for helping companies maintain and progress their networks in ways that benefit the environment and create financial value.

Since Brexit came into effect in January 2021, we’ve received a number of messages from our EU-based asset recovery customers expressing uncertainty about exporting their surplus telecom kit due to Brexit concerns.

Well, we’re here to assure you there’s no reason to worry. With us, every detail is taken care of. We have plenty of ways to make life easier!

TXO France

Our facility in France has been open for just over a year and we’re proud that it has enabled us to adapt quickly to the changing trade conditions brought about by Brexit.

EU-based customers that cannot export directly to the UK from their country, or are opposed to doing so, needn’t be concerned. Thanks to our French entity, your shipments don’t need to leave the EU – which means less paperwork and admin for you.

TXO globally

Being close to our customers is important to us, so we’ve got sites all across the world to make life easier for us to work together.

We recently doubled our storage capacity in France, bringing our total global warehouse footprint (across the UK, France, USA, Brazil & Australia) to more than 160,000 Sq. Ft. / 14,864 m². We’re growing all the time.

This makes TXO a flexible powerhouse when it comes to telecom network asset recovery. Meaning we can recover the full spectrum of consignment sizes for our customers: from one-off individual parts, through to cabinets, chassis, and even entire nationwide and multi-national telecom network de-installations.

All of our operational facilities work in unison to import and export equipment to our global customer base, keeping lead-time to a minimum.

Our people

With TXO, you are in excellent hands. Our operational facilities are home to a specialised team of network experts, many with years of first-hand experience across a wide range of industries and sectors

We have a small army of de-installation engineers on hand to collect and categorise your telecom equipment to part code, serial number, description and hardware revision level. And our refurbishment team is on standby to return your assets to near-perfect condition, with skill and expertise.

Our dedicated sales team is made up of people from various countries and cultures, who collectively can speak 13 different languages – all helping to ensure your surplus telecom hardware is matched with its new owner, wherever in the world they may be.

And here to ensure the whole operation runs like clockwork, are our Goods In & Dispatch Coordinators. Making sure all the day-to-day activities of goods in, picking, and dispatch meet the peaks in demand whilst ensuring customer SLA’s are met.

Flexibility to import telecom equipment into the UK

There is still the option to import your telecom equipment to the UK via your EORI number. If you’re not sure what your company’s EORI number is – it can usually be found with a little help from your company’s finance or shipping department.

Sustainability above all

Our hub in France means that we can also make our logistics more sustainable by shortening journeys via keeping shipments inside the EU if possible. Supporting the circular economy and helping our clients become more sustainable is what we’re all about, so we’re pleased to be able to assist in this way.
