How it works
It’s never been easier to buy telecom network equipment from us. Search by part number or manufacturer. Then, simply add the item(s) you want to your cart and send us your request. Oh, and by the way we have 2 carts to make it even easier for you.
Cart 1: Buy now
The first cart is like a traditional e-commerce shop. A certain number of our products are available to purchase online straight away using a debit card. Your order will then be packed and shipped by our expert dispatch team within 24 hours of your payment being received. If you want to use your own shipping account details, we also offer a flexible shipping option. Just let us know about this when checking out.
Cart 2: Request pricing
The second cart is where you’ve requested pricing from us, so once we’ve sent you a quote you can then decide how to pay. With our request pricing function, you’ll hear from your dedicated account manager at TXO who’ll give you all the information you need, as quick as we can.
Ways to pay
For our new customers, we have many options to pay – this includes debit card, BACS bank transfer and PayPal. Once we’ve started working together many of our regular customers love to pay on account with us, as opposed to paying the charges immediately.
